Meet the Team

Alanna and Christine met in January of 2016 while working at the same association consulting firm. Their relationship quickly evolved from colleagues to thought partners and lifelong friends.

Founder & CEO

Alanna Tievsky McKee

As a seasoned strategy consultant, I have devoted my career to serving mission-driven organizations with passion and purpose. I've held roles as a teacher, social worker, association professional, strategist, facilitator, consultant, and organizational leader. My diverse background uniquely positions me to combine an understanding of the power and impact of independent schools and associations with an expertise in nonprofit strategy and governance. A native Washingtonian, I am a graduate of Georgetown Day School, completed my undergraduate education at the University of Rochester, and a Master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Most importantly, I'm the proud mom of Julien and Avery, who always keep me on my toes.

Senior Research Counsel

Christine Wagner

A native of McLean, Virginia, I've dedicated my entire career to helping nonprofit and public sector organizations harness the power of data to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness. With a Master's in Public Policy from the University of Michigan's Gerald R. Ford School, I've honed my expertise in nonprofit strategy and data-driven decision-making. My background in public policy and nonprofit strategy, combined with my passion for data analysis and market research, allows me to develop customized solutions that deliver measurable results. When I'm not at work you'll find me walking my dog Bailey, grabbing a beer at local brewery or traveling the world.
